Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be, the last of life, for which the first was made….(Browning)
GAGA means losing mental faculties in old age as in ‘write your memoirs before you go gaga’ and getting enthusiastic as in ‘I’m gaga over my grandchild’. For me the term GAGA means Gracious Ageing, Grateful Ageing. How do we age without growing old? How can we be open to new ideas and beliefs that keep the inside bright, shiny and rust free?

This wordshop shows us where to look for it is in the stories we share that we practise compassion and caring for ourselves and others. Stories grow our inner worlds and emotional maturity. The longer we live the richer we are in our life stories. If we do not gather them we lose them. This wordshop is about sourcing and sharing these stories and choosing how to tell them. I create a safe place for us to do so. I also share new research of ageing.
